Our friends and new tenants at Southern Mill are officially moved in! W&A Engineering celebrated their new space with friends, family, and plenty of design praise.

W&A moves into a booming Southern Mill property with sustainability as its cornerstone. The engineering firm installed solar panel arrays, improved energy efficiency and produced less waste during construction while it repurposed its new home in Building D.
